Billing & Cancellations Policy
At Investing in Namibia, a division of Elidge Business Solutions CC, we strive to maintain a transparent and efficient billing system. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy regarding payments, non-payment consequences, and cancellations.
1. Billing & Payments
- Clients agree to pay all charges related to their selected services as per the pricing stated at the time of purchase.
- Payments are due upon invoicing, and Investing in Namibia reserves the right to charge the payment method on file on the due date.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
1.1 Payment Methods
- We accept payments via bank transfer, mobile payments, and online payment gateways (where applicable).
- If a client chooses to pay by credit/debit card, they authorize Investing in Namibia to charge their card on each due date for recurring services.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available for payment processing.
2. Non-Payment & Service Suspension
- Failure to make payment on the due date will result in a payment reminder being sent.
- If payment is not received within 3 days after the due date, services may be suspended.
- If payment remains outstanding for 7 days, Investing in Namibia reserves the right to terminate services permanently.
- After 90 days of non-payment, any remaining client data or service records will be permanently deleted for security and privacy reasons.
2.1 Reconnection & Data Restoration Fees
- Clients whose accounts are suspended due to non-payment may be charged a reconnection fee.
- If a terminated account requires data restoration (subject to backup availability), a restoration fee may also apply.
3. Cancellations
Clients may cancel their services at any time by submitting a cancellation request in writing to contact@investinginnamibia.com.
3.1 Cancellation Terms
- A 5-day cancellation notice is required before the next billing cycle.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a full billing cycle charge before cancellation is processed.
- All outstanding balances must be cleared before the account is closed.
3.2 Refunds
- Investing in Namibia does not provide pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Any fees paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated under a specific service’s money-back guarantee policy.
4. Modifications to This Policy
Investing in Namibia reserves the right to update or modify this Billing & Cancellations Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
